So Busy
Posted on 22 Sep 2008 by Kinopio

Hello everyone, I just wanted to let you know that school is currently consuming my life. Marching band is 5/7 days of the week and homework fills in the gaps. Things should start to settle down in October, and in November it'll be over with all together. Please bare with me, I really want to update the site, but I really have no time.

Site of the Week 2
Posted on 01 Sep 2008 by Kinopio

The Desert Colossus is this week's featured site! TDC has been on the web for quite a long time. Over the years it has become a well rounded site the covers multiple aspects relating to the Zelda series. The Hyrule Adventures 2, an RPG made by the Desert Colossus, is also very neat, maybe you'll even consider joining yourself.

I've been a little busy the last few days and school starts tomorrow, but I hope to get so more content in this week. Until then!

Changes and a Review
Posted on 28 Aug 2008 by Kinopio

Before you read today's site review, you must know that I made a few changes. First of all, originally I was going to give anyone a score under a 2.5, but now the range goes all the way to 0. This means the scores I give will be harsher then before.

Also, I got rid of the "Friendliness" category since they were basically gimme points. In place of it I added 2 new categories. The first, audience, is based on the size of the site's audience and how they tailor the site to them. The second is growth which is based on how fast or slow the site is growing. Hopefully this will make future reviews more accurate.

As a side note, I'm also working on a webring which you can preview in the link below. It's still in development because I can't figure out how to get a next, previous function working, but eventually you'll see the finished product. If you're a PHP god and know how to do stuff like that, please tell me and you'll officially be my favorite person ever. =)

Stock Pot Inn Review
Posted on 27 Aug 2008 by Kinopio

By request of the owner of the Stock Pot Inn (and I don't mean Anju), I reviewed their site. They're a very young site looking for members, so if you like Majora's Mask, or Zelda in general, then you may want to join.

I've got another review request for tomorrow, Zelda Planet, so stay tuned.

Twilight Realm Review
Posted on 26 Aug 2008 by Kinopio

I finished the review of Twilight Realm as you can see from link above. Congratulations on such a hefty score! I have another review lined up for this week, so make sure you check back soon.

I tested the email forms multiple times yesterday and I only got about half of them back. I think it was because of my email account, so I changed it to my regular one. I'm not sure it fixed the problem entirely, so if you sent something and I never answered, chances are that I never got it. Try sending me a normal email, not from the forms, which you can find on any of the contact pages.

We also have a new affiliate: The Temple Ruins. It's a great site that focuses on ALTTP, so make sure you drop by. I think I forgot to mention Zelda Capital as a new affiliate before because I added them during that month I didn't update. Let's welcome them as well; they have quite an extensive library section filled with all sorts of interesting Zelda articles. If I forgot anyone else, please remind me. Until next update!
